Social Media & Content Manager

Starting November 2025

Benny is on a mission to ensure what’s fuelling us now serves us for a lifetime. We’re making this happen with our Benny energy drinks - they’re nourishing energy without the nasties. Benny’s growing extremely quickly, with national launches and major brand partnerships around the corner, we are looking for a Social Media & Content Manager to help us continue to grow our brand.

Ideally based in Toronto or Vancouver (but open to remote) the Social Media Manager will work closely with the Benny team, reporting directly to the founders. With support from our team of creators and in-house designers, you’ll be managing the Instagram and TikTok channels, collaborating with the team to create scroll-stopping content.

🤝 We’ll be counting on you to:

• Manage day-to-day posting and scheduling on TikTok and Instagram
• Film and edit video content for applicable social media channels (TikTok, Reels)
• Brief the Benny team to create scroll-stopping graphics and viral videos
• Capture iPhone content, building out a save-worthy Instagram feed
• Own the Benny brand voice on social media in the comments and DMs

• You’ve managed and grown social media pages you’re proud of
• You can be in-person based in Toronto or Vancouver during specified dates
• You’re highly organized and can own attention to detail within a fast, paced, ever-changing, ambiguous startup environment - we’re looking for a self starter to roll up their sleeves and grow the brand with us
• You’re creative - you get lit up by the idea of pushing boundaries and bringing bold/never-been-done ideas to the table
